For those of you that had a chance to eat at the KITCHEN, consider yourself lucky!!!  At the hands of Head Chef Ian Van Anglen & Chef de Cusine Paul Wilson were some of the most exciting and innovative dishes seen here in Tulsa.  From Center 1 Market to the KITCHEN and now on to bigger and more exciting ventures, both Ian and Paul will soon be heating it up once again, so keep your eyes open and mouth watering... tK
